This balm was formulated for skin that doesn’t tolerate excess — excess scent, excess stimulation, or excess ingredients.

Made with grass-fed, grass-finished suet tallow, this formula focuses on barrier support and comfort rather than novelty. Herbs and resins are infused slowly into castor oil first, then incorporated into tallow, allowing time — not heat — to do the work.

There are no essential oils in this balm. Fragrance, even when natural, can be overstimulating for already compromised skin. Instead, whole botanicals are infused over time to provide a naturally subtle aroma and a calm, grounded feel on the skin.

This is a functional, minimalist balm designed to soften, protect, and support skin that’s dry, reactive, or easily overwhelmed.

Why This Formula Is Different

Ingredient Purpose

Beef Tallow (Suet)
A skin-compatible fat rich in naturally occurring fatty acids that help support the skin barrier and reduce moisture loss.

Castor Oil (infused)
A dense, occlusive oil high in ricinoleic acid, used to soften the skin and help maintain long-lasting hydration.

Frankincense Resin (infused)
Traditionally used in skin preparations for its grounding, resinous properties. Incorporated through slow oil infusion rather than essential oil extraction.

Vanilla Bean & Coffee Bean (infused)
Whole botanicals infused over time to contribute antioxidant compounds and a naturally subtle aroma — without added fragrance.

How to Use

Warm a small amount between fingertips and apply to clean, moist skin as needed. Suitable for face, hands, or areas prone to dryness or irritation.
